Client/Customer Records Continued...

Ship to Details

In this section, you need to enter the client’s details to transfer goods or services.

  • If billing address details and shipping address details are same then you need to click on button button

  • On clicking this button, the information of Bill to Details will be automatically fetched into Ship to Details section.

  • If billing address details and shipping address details are not same then you need to enter the shipping address details manually.

Ship to Details section contains the following fields:

  • Client Code: This field displays the client code.
  • Client Name: Enter the client name.
  • Company Name: Enter the company name of the client.
  • Shipping Address: Enter the shipping address of the client where goods are to be transferred.
  • City: Enter the city where client lives.
  • State: Enter the state name.
  • Zip: Enter the zip code of the state.
  • Country: Enter the country name where client lives.
  • Email Address: Enter the e-mail address of the client. It should be in the form of
    e-mail@domain.com
  • Phone: Enter the phone number of the client.
  • Mobile: Enter the mobile number of the client.
  • Fax: Enter the fax number.

Remarks

Enter the remarks about the client.

Account Status

This field displays the status about Opening Balance and Current Balance of the client.

  • Opening Balance: Enter the amount of opening balance. In this field, the left column displays currency symbol which is defined in Accounting Details at the time of company creation.

  • Current Balance: This field displays the current balance of the client’s account. Initially this field is disabled and after doing any transaction, the current amount will be displayed in this field. You can view the current balance at the time of updating the client’s records.

You can view the details of current balance by using Current Balance button. In current balance, the amount of receipt transaction will be added in the opening balance and the amount of invoice transaction will be subtracted from the opening balance.

Taxes

This section displays tax information which has been defined in Accounting Details at the time of company creation. You can select the tax that is to be charged on the client and can modify the tax rate.

After entering the details, click on “Save” button to save the information.

Print Button: You can print the Client/Customer Details by using print button Print Button

Help Button: You can view help section of Client/Customer Details by using help button Help Button
