This module will help you to search sales and purchase records for the user’s convenience so that user can easily find the records.

Search Sales Records

Software provides facility to search Sales records of Quotation, Delivery Order, Invoice, Receipt and Deposit.

To search sales records, click on Search > Sales Records, the following Search Sales Record screen will be appeared:

To search the record, first you need to select record type (such as Quote, Delivery Order, Invoice, Receipt and Deposit) and select respective number.

For Example: If you want to search Delivery Order record then first you need to select the record type as Delivery Order and select the respective Delivery Order number. After selecting the record, click on Display button to display the details of respective searched record.

On clicking Display button, the details of respective search record will be displayed.

Sales Search Record also displays record status whether it is Completed, Pending or Cancelled.

• If status is completed then you can only view the record.

• If status is pending then you can update the record and also cancel the record according to your need.

Note-> If you cancel the pending record then the record will not be accessed or used in future.
