Stock Report
Stock Report is used to display the record of total stock or status of items including price, quantity, store name, amount etc.
To view Stock Report, click on “Reports > Stock Report”, the Stock Report screen will be appeared which contains the following fields:

Date From and To: Select the date range to view Stock report.

Item Code: This field displays item codes which have created at the time of Item Creation in Masters.

Store Name: This field displays stores name which have created at the time of Store Creation in Masters.

Select/Unselect All: This field is used to display Stock Report with all listed Item Code and Store Name.
If you want to view Stock Report with desired Item Code and Store Name then uncheck the “Select/Unselect All” check box and select desired Item Code and Store Name.

If you select Item Code then you must select respective Store Name.
After selecting Item Code and Store Name, click on “Show” button to view the Stock Report detail.
Stock Report Contains the following fields:

S.No.: This field displays serial numbers.

Store Name: This field displays the store name where stock is to be kept.

Date: This field displays date.

Item Code: This field displays item code.

Item Description: This field displays item description.

Qty.: This field displays quantity of the item.
Note-> Some items quantities display negative value due to non-available stock during Sale Register, Stock Transfer, Material In and Production.

Rate: This field displays sale price of the item.

Amount: This field displays the item amount which is calculated by multiplication of Rate and Qty of item. {Amount= (Rate*Qty.) of item}

Transaction By: This field displays voucher name from where transaction has done.
Stock Report contains the following buttons:

Back: This button is used to go back on previous window.

Print: This button is used to print the report.

Exit: This button is used to exit from current window.

Set Columns width: This button is used to adjust column width in the report according to requirement.

Default Columns width: This button is used to view report with default column width.
