Create New Company

When you run the software first time after installation then you must need to create new Company to work upon. To create new Company, you need to click on “Create New Company” option from the Startup Window, the following screen will be appeared:

Create New Company

You need to enter the following details to create new Company record:

  • Company Name: Enter the Company name.

  • Legal Name: Enter the legal name of the Company which must be unique.

  • Street: Enter the Company address.

  • City: Enter City name where the Company exists.

  • State: Enter the State where the Company exists.

  • Zip Code: Enter Zip code of the Company location.

  • Country: Select country where the Company exists.

  • Phone: Enter the phone number of the Company.

  • Fax Number: Enter the fax number of the Company.

  • E-mail: Enter e-mail address of the Company.

  • Website: Enter website of the Company.

  • Financial Year From: Select the date from when financial year starts.

  • Book Beginning Date: Select the date from when Company starts to maintain its accounting records.

  • Business Type: Select business type of the Company.

  • Annual Revenue: Select the annual revenue range of the Company.

After entering all details, click on “Next” button to continue the process.
