Search Records for Sale

You can search sales records by Quote, Delivery Order, Invoice, Receipt and Deposit.

To search sales records, click on Search > Sales Records, the following Search Sales Record screen will be appeared:

First you need to select record type for search and select the respective record number. After selecting the record and number, click on Display button to display details of the record.

For Example: If you want to search Invoice record then first you need to select record type as Invoice and then select respective invoice number. After selecting the record, click on Display button to display the details of respective searched record.

On clicking Display button, the details of respective search record will be displayed.

Sales Search Record also displays status of the record whether it is Completed, Pending or Cancelled.

• If status is completed then you can only view the record.

• If status is pending then you can update the record and also cancel the record according to your need.

Note-> If you cancel pending record then the record will not be accessed or used in future.
