Accounts Report

Accounts Report is used to view business transactions records and helpful to evaluate business performance. Accounts Report is categorized according to financial transactions of the business.

For Example: Madison Real Estate Ltd. wants to evaluate its daily transactions. For this purpose, Company can view its Day Book which contains the daily transactions records of the Company.

To view various types of Accounts Report, Click on “Report > Accounts Report”, the following options will be displayed:

 

Accounts Statement

Account statement shows the record of transactions according to selected account numbers over the specified period of time.

To view Account Statement Report, click on “Reports > Accounts Report > Account Statement”, a screen will be appeared in which you need to select account numbers to view Account Statement Report.

This screen contains the following fields:

  • Date From: Select the date when you want to view account statement.

  • Date To: Select the date upto you want to view account statement.

  • Select Account Number: This field is used to displays the list of account numbers and you can select one or more account numbers to view details.

  • Select/Unselect All: To view account statement of all listed account numbers, click on “Select/Unselect All” check box.

After selecting account number, click on “Show” button to view Account Wise Report.

On clicking “Show” button, Account Wise Report will be displayed which contains the following fields:

  • S.No.: This field is used to display the serial number.

  • Date: This field is used to display the date on which transaction has been done.

  • Voucher No.: This field is used to display voucher numbers.

  • Account Group: This field is used to display the account group of selected account number.

  • Account No.: This field is used to display selected account number.

  • Debit: This field is used to display debit amount of selected account number.

  • Credit: This field is used to display credit amount of selected account number.

  • Narration: This field is used to display information about transaction.

  • Transaction Type: This field is used to display type of transaction from where the transaction has done.

  • Grand Total: This field is used to display total debit and credit amount.

Account Wise Report contains the following buttons:

  • Back: This button is used to go back on previous window.

  • Print: This button is used to print the report.

  • Exit: This button is used to exit from current window.

  • Set Columns width: This button is used to adjust column width in the report according to requirement.

  • Default Columns width: This button is used to view report with default column width.
